At John Martin Bags, we want your experience to be as seamless as your travels. If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help.
30-Day Return Policy
You have 30 days after receiving your order to request a return.
To be eligible, your item must be in the same condition you received it, unused, with all tags attached and in its original packaging. You’ll also need your receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll provide a free return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package.
Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, so we can evaluate the issue and make it right as soon as possible.
Exchanges
The quickest way to get what you want is to return your item and, once the return is approved, place a new order for the replacement product.
European Union Return Timelines
If your order was shipped within the European Union, the following timelines apply under EU consumer protection laws:

You have 30 days to notify us that you wish to return your purchase.

After this notification, you have another 14 days to send the item back.

Once we have received your return, we’ll issue your refund within 14 days.
As with our general policy, the item must be in its original condition, or unused, with all tags and original packaging.
All returns within the EU are completely free of charge.
Refunds
After we’ve received and inspected your return, we’ll notify you whether the refund has been approved.
If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please note that your bank or credit card provider may take additional time to process the transaction.
